The Limerock Fire Department was the host department in writing an Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG). We were awarded in 2022. The apparatus is currently on order with complete date of March 2025.

Marion Fire won the award. The Air Light Unit will be part of the Greater Woonsocket FIre Chiefs Association representing departments thoughout the Greater Woonsocket, Northern RI and Massachusetts Communities.
