The Plan Review for New or Existing Construction shall follow these guidelines:

1.  Plans shall be permitted via the Town of Lincoln Building Department Portal

2.  The Building Department will link our Fire Marshal's office to the Portal for Plan Review.

3.  The Fire Marshal will review the electronic plan and contact the owner (Via email or phone) with any questions and or advise of Plan Review Fee

4.The plans can only be approved once payment is complete.  The Limerock Fire District is NOT TIED INTO the Town of Lincoln Portal.  Below is the dedicated Link for       Electronic Payment via ECheck or Credit Card.  To use the ECheck, click on personal check and it will open up the ECheck component. A third option is to report to the LRFD Headquarters located at 1085 Great Road Lincoln, RI.  Office Hours are 0830 hours-1300 hours M-F.

5.  Once the Fire Marshal has confirmed payment, he will approve the Plans in the Portal.
